Union and Arts Inauguration Day was held on 17th November 2023,  at St. Peters Training College. The program commenced with a prayer song sung by Ms.Vismaya P R. The welcome speech was delivered by the Vice Chairperson Ms. Sreelakshmi K Warrier. Chairperson Ms. Anaswara Anand delivered the presidential address. Fr. Jacob Kurian, Chairman, St. Peter's High School and Training School corporate Management delivered a meaningful message at the event. The keynote address was delivered by Adv. Mathew P Paul, Manager, St. Peter's High School and Training School corporate Management. The Union inauguration was conducted by Adv. K S Arun Kumar (Politician). Arts inauguration was carried out by RLV Jayanti Rajeev. The felicitation was performed by Fr. Joby Alex, Asst Vicar, St. Peter's and Paul's Orthodox Church, Kolenchery. The event helped the students develop various skills such as event planning, communication, teamwork and problem solving, contributing to the development of leadership skills. 

The class was divided into different committees for organizing Union Day. The committees consist of Program Committee, Stage and Decoration Committee, Discipline Committee, Reception Committee, Media and Promotion Commitee and Documentation Committee. The Program Committee included Maria, Gokul, Sreelakshmi, Bhagyasree, Gopika and Jannath as members. Their main function was to plan and coordinate guest speakers. The Stage and  Decoration Committee included Basil, Adith, Anu, Anuranjana, Arya, Akhila, Afnazia, Adithya, Arya k p ,Lissa, Sandhya, Ansi, Athira, Sreelakshmi S, and Anupama S P .Their main functions were stage structuring to suit the event, procure materials for stage construction, arrange the stage an ensure proper illumination. The discipline committee included Thafheem,Blessy Boby, Rameesa, Daliya, Cissy, Shajila, Anaswara, Aparna Pk and Vismaya MR as members. Their main functions were keeping track of attendance during meeting maintaining discipline and preparing to handle crisis. The reception committee consisted of Silphiya, Manna, Soniya, Roshni, Alfeena and Aparna K as members their main function were to warmly greet the guest, manage registrations and provide assistance to guest. The media and promotion committee consisted of Sreelakshmi S, Ardra, Melsa ,Nayana and Vismaya P R as members. their main functions were to create posters, promote videos, photos, and share the vent details with effective communication of the message.

Documentation committee consisted of Sana, Shamna, Rinsha, Aswathy, Kavya and Jisna as members. Their main function were maintaining an organized record of meeting, events, generating written content for reports that contributed to documentation repository.

The programme committee was guided by Shani Miss ,Stage and decoration committee by Meenu miss, Discipline committee by Deepthi Miss, Reception committee by Asha miss, Media and promotion committee by Ashalatha Miss and Documentation committee by Feba miss.
