Venue- St peters Training College Kolenchery

 

Annual arts fest of the academic year 2023-2024 padayani was conducted from 12/02/2024 - 23/02/2024 at 3 different stages- തിടമ്പ്, ചിലമ്പ്, പടയണി in the college Campus. The whole students of the college of the academic year were divided into three groups. Namely ParakkumThalika, CID moosa and Sagar Alias Jacky.There were 16 literary events, like Essay writing, Poetry writing, Story writing, Claymodeling;14 on stage individual items like Light music, Mappilapattu, Classical Music and 12 Group on stage items. The artistic extravagance team spirit and corporation were exhibited by all the participants in their respective events. The programs were coordinated under the leadership of the arts club secretary Mrs Vismaya P R.The end of the events were marked on 23-02-2024 by declaring with the team CID moosa bagging the overall championship.

Placement Drive  Date               :  Venue           : St. Peter's Training College, Kolenchery  The HR Connect Placement Drive was conducted at St. Peter's Training College, Kolenchery on          .The resource person was Mr. Ragesh G, Founder School Connect HR. It was conducted for the senior students and was a pivotal initiative aimed at bridging the gap between vocation and training. Through meticulous planning and execution the placement drive provided students with invaluable opportunities for internships.

Yoga Class

 YOGA DAY The word yoga is derived from the Sanskrit root  yuj , meaning “to yoke,” or “to unite”. The practice aims to create union between body, mind and spirit, as well as between the individual self and universal consciousness. Such a union tends to neutralize ego-driven thoughts and behaviours, creating a sense of spiritual awakening. Date               : 14-09-2023 Venue             : St Peter's College, Kolenchery Objective     : To learn about various yoga postures Resource person : Ms Keerthi A training workshop on yoga was conducted on 14th September 2023 at the college Seminar Hall. The session started at 10.00 am where the resource person Ms. Keerthi introduced the history of yoga and its importance. She gave a demonstration of various asanas, pranayamas and meditation.
